Because skiing is a skill that needs to be learned, and you should do everything possible to progress, the Roc d’Enfer ski area has designed areas for beginners in each of its resorts, dedicated to novice skiers and snowboarders.
Fairly priced rates allow you to make your first tracks or those of your children in a safe and suitable environment, all at a very low cost!!
The beginner area at Saint-Jean d’Aulps:
At the plateau, at the top of the gondola, a spacious beginner area welcomes you to make your first tracks in a secure and reassuring environment. All while enjoying a magnificent view of the famous Roc d’Enfer.

In the village of La Chèvrerie, an evolving beginner area (green and blue slopes) welcomes novice skiers in a friendly and family-oriented setting.

For walkers, companions, and altitude restaurant enthusiasts, we offer a range of specially priced passes that allow you to take the Grande Terche gondola in Saint Jean d’Aulps and the Torchon chairlift in Bellevaux-La Chèvrerie, both for ascent and descent.
